I had the most wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle from Infinity Saskatoon. I was helped by the most amazing salesperson Lindsay Keys. She was just amazing even though she was dealing with multiple clients at the same time. She really knew the vehicles that she was showing me, but more importantly she had a good sense (perfect sense I should say) of what I was looking for as a client and even before we got together to test drive a few cars she already had excellent suggestions about car options that I have never even considered! And I ended up purchasing a vehicle that was not even on my radar thanks to Lindsay's excellent suggestion. Furthermore, I was offered more than a fair value for my trade-in, far higher than 2 other dealers that have previously evaluated it. Throughout the process I was treated with courtesy and efficiency, so from signing the documents on Saturday night, my car was ready for pick up on Monday evening. I don't think it has ever taken this little time to buy a new car, not to mention the great experience I had buying it.

I recently upgraded my Pathfinder to a used QX80 at Saskatoon Infinity / Oakwood Nissan. I try hard to look after my vehicles, so I am particular about details when I am purchasing my next vehicle. Kaid Kralkay was my sales person, and he did a fantastic job patiently assisting me to work with the pre-purchase and after purchase details. Kaid followed through on every item and detail that he committed to address, even putting in some of his own elbow grease along the way to make sure everything was looked after. When my battery unexpectedly failed in my garage shortly after purchase and I could not boost my vehicle, Kaid personally and very quickly delivered a new OEM battery to my home and even assisted me to replace the battery. In doing so, Kaid really made a huge difference and kept me on schedule. If details are important to you and you need someone to count on to see them through, go see Kaid and give him an opportunity to help you out. The entire sales management team, business office, and service department all did a fantastic job to ensure the sales process was properly handled. All in, a very very good purchase experience.

I bought a used car from here. Kaid was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My family was looking for a used van and they had one. Kaid took the time to explain what he knew about the car. He was very transparent. He admitted not knowing everything about the car as it wasn't part of their brand. But he did find out and let us know most of the features of the car. He also explained in detail the carfax report. He answered all of our questions and concerns patiently. We financed the car and worked with Taher. He was also a pleasure to deal with.
